Are you a young athlete looking to improve your athletic ability by learning how to run, jump, and move your body correctly? FTS Foundations Training is for you! 

We strive to teach young athletes how to properly perform the seven basic athletic movements of squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, and carry. With learning how to properly implement these skills, you will see a major improvement in athletic ability and injury prevention.
