Foundations Training

Our Foundations Training program is designed mostly for elementary and middle school athletes that have little to no experience with strength training.  We have 3 levels of Foundations Training where we cover a range from Wall Sits and Modified Push Ups to Barbell Front Squats and Dumbbell Bench Press.  This program is set up in a way that it can easily be done front a small home gym or with a parent at a local gym.  Check out our Online Training page or contact us to see which option is best for your athlete.  

Performance Training

Our Performance Training Program is designed for experienced middle school, high school, college, and professional athletes. Each athlete begins with a thorough assessment to identify their unique needs based on their sport, position, and goals. We create personalized training plans focused on improving strength, power, acceleration, and body composition—whatever the athlete needs to perform at their best. Whether preparing for a season, returning from injury, or aiming to reach the next level, our program delivers targeted, results-driven performance training.

Personal Training

While Personal Training is difficult for us to schedule with all of our athlete training going on in the gym, we can offer personal training options under the right conditions and for clients looking for specific results.  If you are VERY serious about getting results and have time mid-day to come see us please feel free to contact us about Personal Training options.  

Training for Teams

Let us help your team with their training needs.  We have a process for individualizing team training based on position and personal goals that we can bring to your team.  This allows coaches to coach and for your team to get the very best training based on current research and years of experience on the floor coaching.  We have options for doing this training both in-person and in an online capacity.  Jake has experience with teams at the DIII, NAIA, and Juco level.
