This is the initial Level of our Foundations Training Program. It is intended for those who are in very initial stages of training. It is a 12 week program scheduled for 2 training sessions/wk for a total of 24 workouts.
This program requires very little equipment. You could get away with just having a couple exercise bands and it can totally be done right from home and you can expect each exercise to be hyperlinked to a short video demo of the exercise.
This file has each workout displayed in a Microsoft Word format where the exercises are listed with set/rep prescriptions and come coaching tips written out for the exercise. We also have the program laid out in a spreadsheet format in case you want to track how much weight you used for different exercises and track your progress.
