Manual Therapy
Ashley uses focused stretching techniques, Graston and Cupping as necessary to help break up scar tissue, increase blood-flow and improve range of motion to affected joints.

Therapeutic Exercise
Therapeutic exercise is a key part of physical therapy, especially for athletes, as it helps restore strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. It targets specific deficits caused by injury and prepares the body to handle the demands of sport, reducing the risk of re-injury and improving overall performance.
